Originally from Georgia, Natasha took an interest in the arts at an early age. After serving time in the military, she was officially diagnosed with mental illness and began experiencing more severe symptoms that she was unable to hide, and the symptoms began to tear her life apart. Natasha found that exploring the arts and writing has given her a whole new way to share her journey about mental illness. Natasha wants to destigmatize mental illness and be a voice for other women and men of all nationalities from all over the world who may be suffering in silence.
Natasha continues to stay busy writing blogs, creative nonfiction, and her NEW MEMOIR (RELEASE DATE COMING SOON), about her years of struggles with mental illness and self-harm, how it changed her life, and how she is having to rebuild her life and knowledge about mental health at the age of 24.
